Cindy Garcia Garcia

PhD Student

Cindy is a PhD candidate in Neuroscience at the lab. Her doctoral research journey began in January 2021.

Her work focuses on mastering multivariate computational techniques for investigating brain morphometry. Her latest project delves into the intricate connection between cerebral blood flow (CBF), structural brain alterations, and lifestyle factors in aging. CBF plays a pivotal role in delivering essential nutrients and oxygen to the brain. Cindy aims to help establish CBF's potential as an early biomarker for conditions like dementia.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city with friends.
